I am 50 years old and have worked in IT for over 30 years. I have 2 children that live with me 3 days a week in a large , modern, new build 4 bedroom house. I have lived in the area all my life, and my 2 children go to the local school. I have a single garage that I really only use as a gym currently, so there is plenty of space for storage being unused. There is room in the actual garage + in the rafters that can be boarded out.
